
One of our reputed clients in the freight forwarding and logistics industry is seeking motivated and customer-focused Air & Sea Freight Customer Service Executives to support customer operations, shipment coordination, and service excellence within a fast-growing international logistics environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. • Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues. • Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to address customer requirements. • Liaise with Airlines, Shipping Lines, and other service providers regarding shipment-related matters. • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely service delivery. • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities. • Prepare and submit weekly customer service and operational reports to management. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong academic background with good results at G.C.E. Advanced Level.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or a related field.
• Participation in Customer Service Excellence training programs will be an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy with strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or similar operational systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
